Manju Malhi is a well known British Indian chef known for offering western cuisine to India and Indian cooking to the Western world through her books, TV shows, cooking demonstrations and charity work with organisations such as the VSO.

She loves alfresco eating and explores delicious ways to cook outdoors when she glamps. Her travels have found her cooking in the most unexpected places.

Manju writes about good cooking, healthy eating and using spices for various publications in the UK and abroad and has demonstrated British Indian food at the Jaipur Literature Festival where she enticed Thomas Keneally (author of Booker prize winning Schindler's Ark) to tuck into some Rajasthani grub.

Recently she has championed British foods in India and encouraged over 80 million Indians to eat British cuisine in her show 'Cooking Isn't Rocket Science' - an ideal which she likes to endorse by making her style and approach to cuisine simple, laidback, quick and accessible.
