Nihari: Pakistani Slow Cooked Beef Stew with Bone Marrow

Nihari is a delicious slow-cooked meat, beef, lamb, mutton, or goat stew with bone marrow. It's flavoured with long pepper (pippali), a relative of black pepper. In Pakistan and Bangladesh, nihari is often served and consumed with naan.
