Inspire Alpine® is a social enterprise - a business with a social mission. At Inspire Alpine® we dream of a world where all young people have the opportunity to succeed.

Yet, there is clear evidence of a persistent gap in attainment between young people from the richest and poorest backgrounds, which widens as pupils progress through school and which has a direct impact on school-leaver destinations and future income levels.

Our social mission is to help close the attainment gap faced by disadvantaged young people.

We offer free inspirational talks to young people in areas of multiple and high deprivation, to help raise aspirations. We deliver purposeful outdoor adventures to build confidence and resilience. We reinvest a majority of retained profits to achieve our social objective. To fund these free talks we have three income streams:

• Inspirational talks to other schools & businesses
• UK mountain challenges
• Overseas trekking expeditions

We create extraordinary mountain adventures worldwide. We’ll guide you out of your comfort zone to stretch your mental and physical limits. Our trips are designed and led by Everest summiteer and Inspire Alpine® founder Ricky Munday. You’ll be supported every step of the way by expert local guides.
