Sean Conway is the first and only man in history to cycle, swim and run the length of Britain. He completed the record-breaking feat in 2015 when he ran from John O’Groats to Land’s End in just 44 days, having previously cycled and swum the route. In 2018 he broke the world record for cycling across Europe, 4000 miles from Portugal into Ufa, Russia. Sean’s latest book Running Britain is about is running all the way from John O'Groats. He is an Ordnance Survey Get Outside Champion.
Sean will be talking to Phoebe Smith about his book Running Britain on Saturday 2nd February at 12pm. After the event, Sean will be signing copies of his book at the 'Signings at Stanfords' stand.
