Damian Croft, Founding Director of Esplora Travel, has lived and worked in Sicily for almost twenty-five years. He is a licensed local guide with the Sicilian Regional government. He has a passion for mediterranean history and culture, as well as deep personal interests in music, literature and the arts, natural history and wildlife. He has an MA in Social Anthropology from SOAS, London and holds the highest Italian language (CELI) qualification from the University of Perugia. He also lived and worked in Ankara, Turkey for over three years and is a fluent Turkish speaker.
