She is an innovative and passionate supporter of experiential travel and is the leading mind behind the Halal Travel Network where she works with both public and private sectors in destinations around the world to facilitate Muslim travel.

Hafsa is a staunch supporter of women in the tourism industry, engaging with groups such as Women in Travel CIC as a mentor while also setting up mentoring programmes for African-owned travel companies across the continent.
