Bon Mangé, founded by husband & wife duo Rochelle & Mandella, was born because of their love of food and their St.Lucian heritage. The pair serves up authentic St. Lucian dishes with influence from other islands. Their aim is to showcase St. Lucian cuisine & the vibes and place it at the forefront of peoples minds when thinking of Caribbean food.
