GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: When and where is Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show, Olympia London?
A: Dates: Thursday 2 - Sunday 5 February 2023.
    Location: Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX

Q: What are the show opening times?
A: 10.00am - 5.30pm

Q: Can children come to the show? 
A: Yes. Children under 16 can attend for free. They will still require a ticket for entry, which you can book when purchasing your adult ticket. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets will be priced at £15. 

Q: Will there be any Travel Photography Masterclasses?

Q: How much are the Travel Photography Masterclasses?
A: Travel Photography Masterclasses Ticket Bundles cost £25. These include 1 ticket for show entry and 1 masterclass of your choice. You can also add additional masterclasses to your booking. 

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact? 
A: For any questions regarding your ticket booking please get in touch with SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and the same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Q: I have a promotional code to purchase advance tickets, but I don't have access to the internet.
A: All advance tickets are now electronic, and must be purchased online. If you do not have access to the internet, you can bring your promotional code to the onsite box office and staff will assist you. They will register your details for you and send your e-tickets to your phone, which will be scanned to allow entry into the show. If you do not have a phone, the box office will print a ticket for you. For swift entry into the event and to lengthy queues, we strongly advise you to get your etickets before you arrive at the show. 
 
Q: Do I need to bring a printed copy of my e-ticket for entry?
A: We can scan your ticket from your mobile phone, so you do not need to bring a printed copy of your e-ticket. 

TRAVEL & THE VENUE

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking at the venue is operated and managed by Olympia. Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance.

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: Cloakroom facilities will be available. There is a small charge for this service. 

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches to full 3-course meals. 

Q: Are there hotels near Olympia?
A: Yes. There are a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

ACCESSIBILITY

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, a carer can be admitted free of charge. Just add an Carer ticket your your shopping basket. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contact by See Tickets for proof of disability.

Q: Where are the wheelchair accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: How can I get assistance during my visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the show?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.
