For over 50 years we have been offering self-charter boating holidays on Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal, introducing thousands of families to all the splendours our cruising area has to offer. 

Established in 1970 by Jim and Elizabeth Hogan, now owned by their son Jamie Hogan, we were the first company to offer boating holidays in the Great Glen, starting with just one small vessel. Our existing fleet of high quality motor cruisers is specifically designed for our unique waterway, each vessel being purpose-built. Our boats have beautiful contemporary  interiors and they are easy to handle, as all feature bow thrusters.

We continually invest in our product, regularly adding new vessels to our fleet and keeping our existing craft in tip top condition. We are delighted to announce we are adding two new boats to our fleet in 2024. The new Islay Class will be available from June 2024. Visit our website for information on our new class of boat.

We do not require our guests to have any form of boating qualification or previous experience, approximately on e third of our visitors are completely new to boating. Our comprehensive handover and 24 hour support mean our guests are suitably equipped to set out on their adventure, navigation the 120 mile round trip of what is considered by many as one of the world's most spectacular inland waterways.

Our charter season commences at the end of March and runs through to the end of October. Whether it is the lovely, long daylight hours in late spring and summer or the fantastic Autumn colours, what ever time of year you choose to come, the scenery will always be wonderful.
