Powell has 25 years experience in the travel industry and also edited a wildlife & travel magazine for 10 years. Powell started his travel career trekking in the mountains of Morocco, Nepal, Iceland, Peru & Ethiopia before turning his attention to the seas and oceans of the world. Powell has travelled extensively on 7 continents including cruising in Alaska, sailing the Greek islands, cruising in Croatia, Spitsbergen, along the coast of Turkey, Antarctica, Greenland, through the Fjords of Chile and along the Amazon.
