Speakers

Simon is an Australian photographer and author living in Stockholm, Sweden. Years working as a chef and food stylist, whilst being a keen photographer, led him to photographer as a profession. Simon has authored four cookbooks on Nordic, Baltic and Maltese cuisines with Hardie Grant Publishing. Simon continues editorial pieces to food and travel magazines. He is a father, husband and loves spending time in the sea and mountains.
