What is the show about?
Destinations is the biggest show in the UK dedicated to travel and holidays. There are two editions, one in Manchester in mid-January, and one in London in early February. The show gives you the opportunity to gather information and book your next travel by browsing hundreds on destinations, holidays types and travel brands.
When and where is it taking place?
DATES: 31st Jan – 3rd Feb 2019
LOCATION: Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX
TIMES: Thursday to Sunday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
How much are tickets?
Standard advance adult tickets cost £11. On-the-door adult tickets cost £15. Please note that advance tickets are subject to a transaction fee of £1.50 per transaction. Advance ticket Box Office closes at midnight on 30 January 2019.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets in advance from our online Box Office (please click on the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page) or by calling 0844 412 4627. Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras. You can also buy tickets on the door when you get to the show. We recommend buying your tickets in advance so you do not need to queue when you arrive.
When will my tickets arrive?
If you bought your tickets in advance of the show either online or by phone, in most cases you will have defined whether you wanted your tickets posted or emailed to you. If you selected that you would like your tickets posted, they will normally arrive with you 1 to 2 weeks before the show. If you selected that you would like your tickets emailed, they will have been sent to the booker's email address straight after the purchase was completed. Is my ticket valid for any day of the show?
Yes, you may use your standard adult ticket on any day of the show. Please note that one ticket does not grant you access to the show over multiple days. If you intend to visit for multiple days, you will need to buy additional tickets.
I have lost my ticket, what do I do?
Not to worry, we can help you get a new one. Please contact email@example.com for help with this.
Can I get a free ticket for my carer?
Yes. Carers accompanying a Blue Badge holder can get free entry. Your carer will need to complete a 'Carers Go Free' form when they arrive at the show. Please ensure you present a Blue Badge to qualify.
Can I bring my children for free?
Yes. Children aged 12 and under accompanied by a paying adult can get free entry to the show. You might be required to show proof of your child's age. To qualify, simply fill out a 'Kids Go Free' form when you arrive at the show.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are strictly forbidden by Olympia's animal admission policy. The only exceptions where animals may enter the venue are for Assistance Animals. You may be required to prove your animal is able to qualify.
Is there parking?
Yes, there are paid parking facilites around the venue. For more information on the location of the venue's car parks please click here.
Is there an entrance for disabled visitors?
Disabled visitors can access the venue via the normal entrance to the Grand Hall. From there, there is a small wheelchair lift into the Grand. To get to the Gallery Level, there is a customer lift located to the right of the hall, next to the Pillar Hall.
