Dr. Emma Brennand is a journalist, photographer & documentary filmmaker with a passion for wildlife conservation and outdoor education. Emma worked for the BBC for over 10 years working across BBC News and TV productions such as Spring watch & Autumn watch before joining the Planet Earth II team where she led teams in some of the most challenging environments on the planet. She is a keen hiker, climber and working towards her International Mountain Leader. Last year she also caught the wild swimming bug and completed the OSS Bantham Swoosh (6K), Dart 10K and Scilly Isles Challenge (16K). She is an experienced expedition leader and volunteers for two youth development charities; Youth adventure trust & the British Exploring Society. Ordnance Survey Wildlife on our Doorstep
