Great Britain Olympic Gold Medallist


The Gold medal winning Olympic Women’s Hockey final in Rio in 2016 saw Crista win her 197th Great Britain and England combined cap, 13 years after her first appearance for Great Britain aged just 17.
Since the Olympics, Crista has focused her time on Corporate Motivational Speaking, bringing a wealth of experience gained on the hockey field into a business environment. Crista is a polished and confident speaker, adept at covering Leadership, Performance Teamwork & Culture, Motivation & understanding your people. Having worked in a business environment for many years alongside her sporting ambition, she is totally at ease in the corporate world. Crista has received a great amount of interest since her Olympic success and has appeared on numerous national and regional television and radio shows. Underpinned by both her success as an elite sportswoman and her engaging breadth of interests, taking her back to her African roots with her charity Foundation ‘Tofauti’ meaning difference in her native tongue of Swahili. Crista is charismatic, persuasive and articulate in her delivery, with a passion and desire to help people realise their true potential.
