Tristan Gooley is a Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling author, navigator and explorer. Through his journeys, teaching and writing, he has pioneered a renaissance in the rare art of natural navigation. He is the only living person to have both flown solo and sailed singlehanded across the Atlantic and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and the Royal Geographical Society. Tristan will be talking about Reading the Landscape alongside Mary-Ann Ochota on Friday 1st February at 3pm. After the event, Tristan will be signing copies of his book Wild Signs and Star Paths: The Keys to our Lost Sixth Sense at the 'Signings at Stanfords' stand.
