Denis will introduce us to many of the species commonly seen in Herzegovina which include Rock Partridge, Sombre Tit, Blue Rock Thrush, Red-footed Falcon, Levant Sparrowhawk, Easter Orphean Warbler, Western Rock Nuthatch, Golden Oriole, Nightingale, a wide range of warblers, woodpeckers, raptors and waders. and most spectacular colony of Sand Martins - 5000 breeding pairs in one place. Probably the largest colony in the world.
The pace is easy and we will take our time to enjoy the wildlife and scenery, as well as the excellent local cuisines and wines.
