What is Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show Manchester about?
Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show, in association with The Times and The Sunday Times, is the UK’s biggest event for travel inspiration taking place at Manchester’s EventCity from 16- 19 January 2020. The show is packed with over 170 leading and independent tour operators, over 30 tourist boards from across the globe, cultural entertainment, world flavours, travel celebrities and more.
The show also includes over 25 hours of free talks and panel sessions in our Meet the Experts Theatre, and even learn to master your camera skills and improve your travel photos in our in-depth Travel Photography Masterclasses.

Where can I purchase tickets for Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show Manchester EventCity?
Tickets are available for Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show here. Standard Advanced Tickets are priced at £8.50 and are subject to a £1.50 booking fee. Children under 12 can attend for free by filling in a ‘kids go free’ form at the event. You can also book over the phone by calling 0844 412 4627. Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras.
Which celebrity TV speakers and travellers are attending the show?
Destinations will be hosting a huge range of travel historians, explorers, adventurers, novelists and TV personalities. Headliners this year on our Meet the Experts Theatre will be playing host to expert talks covering the different corners of the globe. Speakers will give you unique insight into their experiences and take you on fascinating and memorable journeys to inspire your next adventure with more than 25 hours of free talks.

When will my tickets arrive?
If you bought your tickets in advance of the show either online or by phone, in most cases you will have defined whether you wanted your tickets posted or emailed to you. If you selected that you would like your tickets posted, they will normally arrive with you 1 to 2 weeks before the show. If you selected that you would like your tickets emailed, they will have been sent to the booker's email address straight after the purchase was completed. Is my ticket valid for any day of the show?
Yes, you may use your standard adult ticket on any day of the show. Please note that one ticket does not grant you access to the show over multiple days. If you intend to visit for multiple days, you will need to buy additional tickets.
I have lost my ticket, what do I do?
Not to worry, we can help you get a new one. Please contact email@example.com for help with this.
Can I get a free ticket for my carer?
Yes. Carers accompanying a Blue Badge holder can get free entry. Your carer will need to complete a 'Carers Go Free' form when they arrive at the show. Please ensure you present a Blue Badge to qualify.
Can I bring my children for free?
Yes. Children under 16 accompanied by a paying adult can get free entry to the show. You might be required to show proof of your child's age. To qualify, simply fill out a 'Kids Go Free' form when you arrive at the show.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are strictly forbidden by EventCity's animal admission policy. The only exceptions where animals may enter the venue are for Assistance Animals. You may be required to prove your animal is able to qualify.
Is there parking?
Yes. Car parking is free and there are thousands of spaces at EventCity and the adjacent Trafford Centre. Please note there is no overnight parking for caravans and motorhomes. The nearest camp site is Burrs Country Park Caravan Club Site.
Can I book my next Holiday Adventure direct at The Holiday and Travel Show?
Yes you can book a number of adventure holidays and expeditions at The Holiday and Travel Show. A number of operators will also be offering exclusive show discounts and offers.
Will there be Winter Sun Holidays, Summer Holidays and off the beaten track adventures available to review at the Show?
